How to return a product if you’re not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return the products by filling out the return form within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned in its original condition, in the original box with the warranty tag included. We invite you to try on the shoes on a soft surface, in order to avoid any damage to the sole or other parts of the product.

How to return an item

All you need to do is to send an e-mail, with “Return request”  as object, to customerservice@evalunashoes.com  and to explain why you want to return the goods.

Don’t forget to add the following details:

INVOICE NR.

ORDER NR.

ARTICLE CODE

YOUR ADRESS

YOUR TELEPHONE NR.

YOUR E-MAIL

Your request will be adressed to Evaluna customer care, which will proceed with authorization. Once you’ve received a confirmation e-mail with a designated return number, you can ship back the product you wish to return.

How to exercise the right to withdraw

In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, all the goods must be returned:

undamaged, in original packaging, complete in all their  parts (including original packaging, internal tissue, which is expressly considered as an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged in any way and / or altered, or used, and sealed tag attached). Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Evaluna will release a voucher (MyEvamoney) of the same amount of the products price within 30 days.  Shall prevail between the parties, the date of delivery to the post office or the courier. All shipping costs to return the goods shall be borne exclusively by the client.

How to back your return

Return shipping is free if you use the GLS return slip included with your order.

The products must be shipped back in a single shipment, intact, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if products belonging to the same order are sent back at different times or from different country from the one the order was shipped to.

To prepare the shipment:

  • Fill out the shipping return slip that you’ll find in the package.
  • Place items back in their original packaging.
  • Attach the shipping return slip on the outside of the package, covering the previous label.
  • Schedule a GLS pick-up or bring your shipment to the nearest drop-off point. You can find all the information at www.gls.com.

As soon as we have received your return and we have verified the contents, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail and reimbursement of the price of the products returned.

Evaluna reserves the right to verify the integrity of the goods returned and will pay the return shipping deducting a part of the return costs from purchase refund within 30 days after goods reception.

If you choose to return your order using a provider different from the designated one (GLS), you will be charged of all shipping costs.

 How long do reimbursements take?

Once you’ve received a confirmation e-mail with a designated return number, you can ship back the product that you wish to return

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Evaluna will refund the amount of the products covered by the withdrawal as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 30 days.

Evaluna will release gift voucher (MyEvamoney) in the amount of the products covered by the withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days.  

As soon as Evaluna has accepted your return, the total refund will be credited to your MyEva-account. On the next purchase  you make while logged in, this method of payment will be used automatically; you can pay any eventual balance with a payment method of your choice: Credit Card, Cash on Delivery or PayPal.

If you change your mind and you’d like to transfer the amount to your PayPal, you can do so at no additional cost from the Evamoney section of your account.

As soon as Evaluna has received your return and has verified the contents, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail and issue of the voucher “MyEvaMoney” of the same amount of the products price.

You can use your MoneyEvaluna for your next purchase. The total refund will be credited to your account. How to exchange  a product for another one

It’s possible to exchange a product for a different one.

You can require the exchange in order to these conditions:

  1.    You can exchange only products for wich the exchange is allowed ;
  2.   You can require to exchange one or more products for another one available on evalunashoes.com;
  3.    You can exchange an item just once;
  4.   The exchanging product must be returned intact, in the original packaging, not damaged in any way and / or altered, or used, and complete with tag attached;
  5.   If you want to exchange more products from the same (unico ordine) order, the products must be shipped in a single shipment. The exchange will not be accepted if products belonging to the same order are sent back at different times or from a different country from the one the order was shipped to.

How long do exchange take?

As soon as Evaluna receives your return, Evaluna will verify the availability of the items you’ve requested and will ship it to the address of your original order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package will been dispatched.

 

Price tag

All Evaluna’s products have a price tag sealed up Evaluna sticker wich is expressly considered as an integral part of the product. We invite you to try on the shoes on a soft surface, in order to avoid any damage to the sole or other parts of the product

GLS – courier

Return shipping is possible through GLS courier. Evaluna will send an email complete with shipping instructions. Evaluna will pay the shipment on your behalf. You must contact GLS. If you choose to return your order using a provider different from the designated one (UPS), you will be charged of all shipping costs.
